Invited Lecture on UHC Day 2025

This event marks the third lecture conducted under the leadership of Dr. Ramaiah Itumalla, who has been serving as the Dean of the School of Management since 2023.

The primary objective of this lecture series is to enhance awareness and understanding of Universal Health Coverage among students and the wider community. By engaging experts and promoting informed discussions, the School aims to strengthen knowledge of equitable, affordable, and accessible healthcare—core principles that align with national and global health priorities.

As part of the UHC Day 2025 observance, the School of Management, The Apollo University, Chittoor, is organising a special Invited Lecture on the official theme of Universal Health Coverage (UHC) 2025, to be delivered by Dr. Ramaiah Itumalla, Dean, School of Management.

This lecture forms a significant component of the School’s ongoing public health awareness initiatives and represents another milestone under Dr. Itumalla’s academic leadership. Through this session, Dr. Itumalla will provide an in-depth exploration of the UHC 2025 theme, emphasising its relevance to India’s health system, global health commitments, and the vision of achieving equitable, accessible, and affordable healthcare for all.

Discuss national efforts, policy frameworks, and challenges in moving toward Universal Health Coverage

Inspire students and community members to become advocates for inclusive and people-centred health systems
