Launch of the Roadmap to 2030: Health for All in the Digital Age
On UHC Day, Transform Health launches the Roadmap to 2030, a five year, multi stakeholder plan to accelerate digital health and universal health coverage. Shaped through global analysis, consultations and dialogues, it sets clear goals and milestones for 2026 to 2030 to drive equitable, sustainable system transformation.
On 12 December, 2025 - #UHCDay - Transform Health launches the #RoadmapTo2030: Health for All in the Digital Age. This is the moment our collective journey since the announcement of this initiative on #WorldHealthDay (7 April, 2025) has been building towards.
Over the past eight months we’ve brought together governments, civil society, youth leaders, multilateral organisations, and other key partners to shape a bold, five-year, multi-stakeholder plan to accelerate digital transformation of health systems and progress #universalhealthcoverage by 2030.
From the global situation and trends analysis to public consultations and thematic stakeholder dialogues, every insight has fed into this shared agenda for action for the next five years - designed to strengthen the enabling environment for sustainable, equitable digital health.
The result is the Roadmap to 2030 - which provides clear goals, ambitions and milestones for 2026 to 2030 and aligns global and national efforts toward achieving #UHC by 2030.
